We seal off the room until completed if all surfaces in that room are to be painted. We plan out the work in a way that an owner or a tenant can be as comfortable as possible. 

We keep pieces of furniture in the center of the room or temporarily move them out of the room. Then we cover the furniture with drop cloths or plastic.

You can remove all pictures and wall art from the walls. You can also try to move any furniture to the middle of the room. If you can’t move that heavy couch don’t worry, we will happily help you with that!

Please have your flooring done first, if you are planning to install new wood floors, laminate, or carpet, because installation of these products can slightly damage the walls. We do mask and protect flooring as the first part of our process.
